[Y] Train to Train

For ages 14-18. Independent training program for middle-school or high-school athletes looking to improve their athletic capacity for their sport. Students of this program will learn how to perform basic barbell lifts and body-weight callisthenics to increase their strength and power.

Students will also learn valuable self-assessment and joint-mobility protocols to increase their flexibility and active mobility to increase their capacity to learn new movements, be quicker and more responsive in their sport, and mitigate the risk of injury as the season progresses.

Coach Anthony educates students and parents on developing sustainable practice, training, and game schedules appropriate for the student’s long-term athletic developmental goals. He will teach what periodization is and how practicing every day at 100% max effort each time is not beneficial and is detrimental to the athlete.
