[Y] Train to Train - Intro

This course is an introductory class to our Train to Train program for kids aged 14-17. Over the course of the 12 sessions, kids will learn basic exercises including bodyweight movements such as push-ups, and pull-ups and be introduced to barbell exercises like squats and deadlifts. Students will also be introduced to the technical movement of snatch and clean and jerk using a dowel.

This course is available to new clients only.

Class times are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:30 pm.

Cancellation policy Cancellation policy: There is no cancellation and no refund for this membership. If sessions are not attended, they do not roll over. The sessions expire upon course end.
